From June 11 to 13, the 24th China (Shanghai) International Power Equipment and Genset Exhibition (referred to as GPOWER) was grandly held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. Yuchai made a centralized appearance at the exhibition with its YC16VCN gas gensets, YC16VC and YC20VTD diesel power generators, and other high-end equipment, comprehensively displaying its latest technological achievements and comprehensive strength in the field of power generation.
At the exhibition site, Yuchai's self-developed YC16VCN gas genset became the focus of attention. As the first 2MW-class high-speed gas generator set in China, its electric efficiency exceeds 42%, reaching the international advanced level, and it is applicable to a variety of gas power station scenarios, such as oil, natural gas, coal mine, biogas, farming and garbage treatment, providing users with highly efficient, clean and economical green energy solutions.
YC16VC series diesel engine adopts high-temperature wear-resistant materials and electronically controlled high-pressure common rail technology, with compact design, stable performance and strong adaptability, which can be perfectly matched with generator sets in the power range of 2,500-3,300kW, and is widely used in data centers, isolated island power stations, large commercial buildings and high-end manufacturing industries to ensure the stable operation of key power systems.
YC20VTD diesel engine is customized for 2000kW power generation needs, with a speed of 1800rpm. It adopts a compact design of small cylinder bore and multi-cylinder number, which has the advantages of small volume, light weight and convenient transportation and installation. The engine is equipped with a four-charger system, water-to-air cooling technology and high-efficiency combustion design, further improving fuel economy and reliability.
Yuchai's products attracted a large number of guests from home and abroad with their leading performance, high technological content and good market performance, and the atmosphere of on-site exchanges was warm and widely praised.
Jointly organized by China Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association (CICEA) and China Electrical Appliance Industry Association (CEAIA), GPOWER covers an exhibition area of more than 60,000 square meters, attracting more than 1,000 exhibitors, and focusing on innovations in various fields such as power equipment, generator sets, intelligent arithmetic and data center infrastructure, making it a wind vane for the development of the industry and an important platform for technological exchanges.
